    I received my second payment from FTMO, and everything went smoothly with that.

    Afterward, I requested a switch from MT5 to cTrader. The website encountered an error and my account disappeared. I contacted support, and it took them six days to fix it and provide me with my cTrader account.

    I received my first payout very quickly. I got access to my account immediately after requesting the payout and the challenge fee was refunded.
